REFUND/RETURN POLICY. We take extra care of our service and quality. Our goal is customer satisfaction. If any reason if you are satisfied with the delivery the order or not received the expected item, we are ready to do refund or replacement delivery. But the complaint should receive at the same time or before 4 hours (time of order received).

  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
  • Customer can receive 100% refund if the order has not yet been dispatched;
  • In those cases where customer requests a refund for his/her order, which was placed on www.daffodilsflowers.ae, and which has already been dispatched to the customer or received by the customer, it can only be refunded or substituted with other products in the following cases:
    • Customer received the wrong item;
    • The product got damaged in shipping;
    • The product is defective;
    • The product was tampered;
